Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating activities across the organization and also engage external stakeholders to ensure a streamlined and harmonized launch experience

Job Details

  • Develop and execute pre-launch marketing plan, including teasers, adverts, and social media campaigns and marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate press and media relations, ensuring positive brand positioning.
  • Design community engagement initiatives to build trust and awareness.
  • Manage pre-launch promotional offers and monitor customer feedback.

· Liaise with creative agencies and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in consumer marketing, preferably FMCG or Oil & Gas Retail;
  • Proven ability in digital campaigns, influencer engagement, and brand activation.
  • 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on market analysis, profitability, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology for business growth and operational efficiency.
