Job Summary
To provide support and assistance to the GMD on strategic, administrative and operational matters and provide a high quality and professional secretarial and administrative support.
Job Details
- Participates in corporate meetings and assists in developing new programs and policies
- Ensure Chairman's conference room has necessary resources and technology
- Assess and recommends various of action based on meetings decision and recommendation
- Monitors and updates business plans
- Ensure Chairman's visitors are giving required PPE for designated areas
- Maintain effective and comprehensive electronic and paper filing systems to ensure efficient flow of correspondence and documentation.
- Receive all incoming mail, ensuring all correspondence are treated and responded swiftly.

Requirements
Qualification: BSC./HND with a minimum of Second class upper/Upper credit in a numerate or business-related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 4years experience in an Administrative/Business/Enterprise development function
Competencies and Skills: Strong organisation ability, Numerical skills, Attention to details, Communication(Verbal and Written), Microsoft proficient, Industry Knowledge
